Welcome to Hope Ranch

In 1861 Hope Ranch was purchased, and later named after, Thomas Hope for $8,000. Hope was an Irish immigrant who grazed his cattle and sheep on the flat mesa and rolling knolls. Today it is home to sprawling ranch estates with ocean and mountain views, and many magnificent live oak trees.

It boasts a private beach with gated access for homeowners only, private stables, 22 miles of equestrian trails, 24 hour security patrol, tennis courts, and the private La Cumbre Country Club.
